Human breast milk (Homo sapiens), of the Hominidae (Mammalia) family. The nursing human mother; native range: the milk of a nursing woman, taken fresh. Globally recognized as ren ru (人乳), ren ru zhi (人乳汁) in Chinese, stanya, nārī kṣīra in Sanskrit, and breast milk, mother's milk in English. The part used is the fresh milk. A thin, faintly blue-white milk, mildly sweet, with almost no smell; it separates a light cream on standing.
